If you are insured by Auto-Owners, please call our agency at 540-248-4000 or 800-736-7229 during regular business to report your claim.  Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. 

To report a claim after regular business hours:

  • Call the Emergency After Hours Phone Service from 4:30 P.M. through 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and twenty-four (24) hours a day on Saturday, Sunday and all holidays. This service is available by calling toll-free 1-888-ClaimAO (1-888-252-4626).

Other Claims:

  • For Road Trouble Service Claims, please call 1-888-TOW-AOIC (1-888-869-2642) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 
  • For Auto Glass Claims, please call 800-264-4143

 

If you are insured by Safeco, you can report a claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 800-332-3226.  You can view your claim status and access other benefits or services for your policy in Account Services.

 

If you are insured by Travelers, you can report a claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 800-252-4633 (800-CLAIM33).

If you are insured by Progressive, you can report a claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling  800-274-4499.  You can also report your claim online.

  • Online 24 hours a day 7 days a week, or
  • Call 1-800-527-3907 and talk with our claims professionals anytime during 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST Monday - Friday, Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST
